Getting Help
Telehealth therapy is therapy where you need it: where you live, where you work or where you attend school. You see your clinician in their office while you are in the comfort of your own home. Your clinician will send you the link before your session. Telehealth requires a device with a front facing camera, microphone, a network, internet, wifi, or cellular service. My link is persistent with a waiting room. Make sure you have a journal, a pen/ pencil, your fidgets, water, and tissues. Hit join then get comfy.

Safe & Sound Protocol
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is an evidence-based listening therapy designed to reduce sound sensitivities and improve auditory processing, behavioral state regulation, and social engagement behaviors through filtered music.
As a practical application of Polyvagal Theory, the SSP acts as a non-invasive, vagal nerve stimulator, helping to retune the nervous system to better connection, collaboration and resilience. The SSP involves listening to specially filtered music through headphones alongside a provider in person or remotely. Suitable for children and adults, SSP has demonstrated benefits for individuals with trauma, anxiety, sensory processing differences and more.
